What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Ethiopian university degree (Bachelor's or higher)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- Expert knowledge in your subject area
- Familiar with Ethiopian curriculum
- Good internet connection at home (minimum 2 Mbps)
- Computer or tablet with webcam and microphone
- Fluent in English and/or Amharic
- Digital writing equipment (tablet or pen tablet) if the computer is not touch enabled
Bonus Points For
- Master's degree or PhD
- Online teaching experience
- Subject certification or specialization
- Experience with national exam preparation
- Ability to teach multiple subjects
- Experience with IB, Cambridge, or American curricula
- Strong communication skills
