Pricing Questions
Do I need to pay for the first sessions?
No! Your first session is completely free. You can try our platform and meet a tutor before paying anything. No credit card is needed to sign up.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept mobile money such as Telebirr, MPesa, bank wallets. We also accept international payments for families living abroad.
What if I need to cancel a session
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, we cannot refund that session.
Are there any extra fee?
No hidden fees! The price you see is the price you pay. Everything is included – materials, recording, and support. Tax and service charge will be added at the check out.
Can I switch between private and group sessions?
Yes! You can book whatever type of session you want. Mix and match based on your needs and budget.
