Welcome to your first step towards personalized learning! The Lightup Moderator is not a traditional tutor but your dedicated gateway to the Lightup platform.

When you book a session with the Moderator, you are reserving your spot and securing a tutor for your subject. Here’s how it works:

You Book: Select your preferred day and time for the first session from the Moderator's availability.

We Match: Our team reviews your request and matches you with the most suitable available tutor based on your subject and learning needs.

Tutor Confirms: The assigned tutor will take over the scheduled slot. You will receive a confirmation notification with your new tutor's name and profile details.

Think of this as a "book now, get matched instantly" service. By booking the Moderator, you ensure that your learning journey begins without delay.
